Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to manage front-of-house operations and elevate guest experiences. You will lead a knowledgeable team, ensure service excellence, and collaborate with the GM on budgeting and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hospitality management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance and coordination of food production.
• Lead front-of-house team with focus on guest experience and service etiquette.
• Develop liquor and wine selection and procurement strategies.
• Assist GM with annual financial objectives and budget processes.
• Contribute to marketing plans and cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee training and performance evaluations for staff.
