Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage the flow of guests and seating according to restaurant procedures and table availability.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus as appropriate.
• Maintain an accurate seating chart and communicate table status with the service team.
• Manage reservations, wait lists, and special seating requests.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding menus, hours, amenities, and hotel services.
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions or reservations.
• Monitor the dining room and host stand for cleanliness and welcoming appearance.
• Communicate guest needs and special occasions to the team.
• Assist servers during busy periods.
• Help maintain guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed.
• Follow all policies and maintain professional appearance.
