Stateside Live! in Philadelphia unveils AVA Rooftop Bar, a refined open-air setting with skyline views and a premium guest experience. As a Host, you will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating to ensure quick, courteous service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service and/or hosting experience.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Excellent communication, reading/writing for reservations and seating charts.
• Reading and understanding seating charts, basic math for operations.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take messages/reservations.
• Maintain an accurate waitlist when necessary.
• Welcome guests and bid farewell to create a positive experience.
• Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat manner and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate seating for fast, courteous service; occasional bussing of tables.
• Communicate problems to management and assist with special parties.
