Responsibilities




Guest Experience & Service Excellence

        Provide gracious and anticipatory service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to upon arrival at the pool deck.
      • Greet each guest with a warm welcome and a refreshing amenity, such as chilled towels or infused water, in line with Forbes 4-Star service standards.
      • Engage with guests in a professional and intuitive manner, ensuring their needs are met without them having to ask.
      • Assist with basic bar duties, including serving beverages and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of drink orders.
      • Offer poolside food and beverage service with attentiveness and discretion, ensuring guests receive a seamless experience.
      • Be knowledgeable about menu offerings, poolside amenities, and hotel services, providing recommendations when appropriate.

Pool & Fitness Center Maintenance

      • Ensure the pool deck, lounge chairs, and tables are clean, organized, and properly set up throughout the day.
      • Monitor towel inventory, ensuring fresh towels are always available and used towels are promptly removed.
      • Work in coordination with housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the pool and fitness center, ensuring all areas meet luxury hospitality standards.
      • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the pool and fitness center to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
      • Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or service needs promptly.

Team Collaboration & Professionalism

    • Work closely with the food & beverage team, housekeeping, and engineering to provide a seamless guest experience.
    • Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to luxury hospitality grooming standards.
    • Demonstrate a proactive and guest-focused mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the experience.





Qualifications




Qualifications & Experience:

    • Previous luxury hospitality or poolside service experience preferred.
    • Experience in basic bar duties, serving drinks, or food & beverage service is a plus.
    • Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and provide service in an intuitive, discreet, and professional manner.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
    • Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance.
    • TABC & Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) required.
