You will operate manual and mechanical loading methods, verify orders, and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time delivery while adhering to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to pass background checks and pre-employment drug test.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Distribute materials onto roofs following safety rules.
• Operate conveyor belt systems where trained to transport materials.
• Verify and reconcile material orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional service to roofing contractors.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company protocols.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with drivers and team members.
