Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Rooftop Loader to load and unload roofing materials from delivery trucks and position them on residential and commercial roofs. You will work with conveyors and assist drivers to ensure timely, safe deliveries while protecting customer property.

The role emphasizes strict OSHA compliance, PPE use, and collaboration with drivers and branch teams. Occasional local travel may be required; a physical, outdoors-based job at heights is expected.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and legal work status in the US.
• Criminal and driving background checks and pre-employment drug test required.
• Ability to lift 80–100 lbs repeatedly and work at heights.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
• Fluent/clear English communication; follow instructions and safety rules.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and PPE usage (boots, gloves, harness).
• Ability to read orders and follow directions.
• Experience with roof work and conveyors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and conveyor methods.
• Follow safety guidelines, assist with scaffolding assembly and equipment inspection.
• Distribute materials onto roofs, protecting workers and property.
• Operate conveyor systems to move materials to rooftops where trained.
• Verify orders, maintain inventory movement records.
