SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Rooftop Loader to load and unload roofing materials on residential and commercial rooftops, coordinating closely with drivers and contractors. You will operate conveyors where trained, monitor inventory, and uphold OSHA safety standards to protect workers and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with loading/unloading materials and operating conveyors is a plus.
• Ability to read orders and count inventory accurately.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and PPE usage is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload roofing materials from delivery trucks using manual and mechanical methods.
• Follow safety guidelines, aid in scaffolding assembly, and inspect equipment.
• Distribute materials onto roofs per safety protocols and protect property.
• Operate conveyors to move materials from trucks to rooftops where trained.
• Verify orders and document inventory movements accurately.
• Provide excellent service to roofing contractors and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize loading/unloading and team tasks.
• Participate in safety assessments and assist drivers in tight spaces.
