Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC seeks a part-time Bartender for The Redmont in downtown Birmingham, where 1920s charm meets modern luxury. You will craft cocktails and serve food with warmth, delivering a memorable guest experience in a premier hotel setting.

Join our Food & Beverage team to maintain bar organization, manage beverage orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness while creating exceptional evenings for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred.
• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, hotel experience preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and attentive care.
• Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and accessible.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas.
