Responsibilities
Mixes and serves drinks according to standard recipes.
Cleans, sets up, and stocks the bar area.
Checks service station's bar requisitions for proper set-up.
Follows sequence of service guidelines.
Collects money for drinks served.
Inventories and stores liquor properly.
