Responsibilities

Engage with customers about the rooftop concept and Auburn University partnership.
Perform mise en place for daily service based on business levels.
Oversee guest experiences according to The Laurel's service standards.
Recognize guest and dietary preferences across rooftop and pool areas.
Monitor dining and beverage experiences and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain a neat, clean work environment and assist as needed for smooth operation.
Provide personalized service on rooftop lounge or pool bar as scheduled.
