Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months' experience with heavy cash handling and customer service exposure.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash register systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving customers with cordial welcome and seat them at assigned tables.
• Escort guests to tables, provide menus and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain visibility at cashier station and assist servers to ensure efficient service.
• Receive payments and process transactions accurately on the cash register; balance at end of shift.
• Verify pricing, discounts and payment methods on guest checks for accuracy.
• Report guest feedback to management to improve operations and revenue.
