Job summary

Starwood Hotels is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our rooftop restaurant, WATR, in Miami Beach. You will support management and both front- and heart-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service in a 24-hour operation.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of similar experience, a post-secondary diploma is a plus, and a strong foundation in F&B operations with leadership qualities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of similar work experience in Food & Beverage.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations and leading teams.
• Flexible and willing to work in a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations at the rooftop restaurant WATR.
• Lead front-of-house and heart-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with management on event execution and guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold Starwood's service standards.
