Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking an imaginative Food & Beverage Supervisor for our rooftop restaurant, WATR. You will support management and guide both front and heart-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant, 24-hour operation.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year in F&B, strong leadership, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and eagerness to adapt to a dynamic luxury resort environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations, a team player, natural leader, hard worker, and detail oriented.
