Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality/restaurant management or related field required.
• Experience leading in a 4- or 5-star restaurant and managing staff.
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Be familiar with all menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Maintain safe working conditions and high service standards.
• Conduct daily pre-meal meetings with service staff.
• Supervise floor during service and coordinate dining room functions.
• Set staff schedules and manage payroll-related costs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
