Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Server with a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The role involves describing our beverage menu, relaying guest orders to bartenders, and ensuring attentive service at the Five-One-Six rooftop venue.

You'll bring a minimum of 2 years of cocktail serving experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, with the ability to balance a tray and process cash or card transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cocktail server or related work preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash & credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Describe beverage menu to guests by offering vivid descriptions of origin, taste and preparation.
• Communicate guests' orders including special needs to bartenders via POS systems.
• Anticipate guests' needs, offer suggestions, and respond to guest concerns promptly.
• Properly close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; settle voided or complimentary drinks.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.
