Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On‑Call Server with a passion for excellence and the aloha spirit. The role reports to the FiveOneSix Manager and involves delivering exceptional beverage service at Five-One-Six with ocean views, while coordinating with bartenders and maintaining elegant service standards.

The position requires at least 2 years of cocktail serving or related luxury-hotel experience, strong tray balance, and cash/credit handling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cocktail server or related work preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash & card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Describe beverage menu to guests with vivid origin, taste and preparation notes.
• Communicate guests' orders to bartenders via POS system.
• Anticipate needs, offer suggestions, and respond to guest concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks and handle cash and credit card payments securely.
• Break down, clean and set up tables, chairs, and menus.
