Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Server who delivers exceptional guest service with aloha. You will describe beverage menus, relay orders to bartenders, and anticipate guests’ needs in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in cocktail service, ability to balance a tray, and accurate cash/credit handling. Schedule varies with business needs, with a typical Thursday–Saturday availability and 2:30pm–8:30pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cocktail server or related work preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash & credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Describe beverage menu to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation method.
• Communicate guests' orders including any special needs or requests to the bartenders using the point of sales systems.
• Anticipate guests needs, offer suggestions, and responds urgently and appropriately to guest concerns.
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments and properly settle voided or complimentary drinks.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.
