Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On-Call Server Assistant with a passion for excellence and the aloha spirit. You will support service operations in a luxury resort setting, greeting guests, assisting with beverages, and helping maintain polished dining areas.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in food service, a flair for outstanding guest interactions, and the ability to carry a tray. This role offers competitive hourly pay, onsite perks, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in food service or related work preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages while explain the contents and anticipate/service the guests before request are made.
• Preparation of condiment and garish items.
• Assistance with guest service including retrieving drinks from the bar using a tray and safely transporting them to the guest as well as removal from the table.
• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.
