Bathhouse in New York seeks a Rooftop Busser to keep the rooftop space clean, fast, and welcoming. You’ll help servers and bartenders, ensuring guests have a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

This outdoor role requires standing for long shifts, working nights and weekends, and a team-first attitude. You’ll restock, clear tables, and help maintain a vibrant rooftop environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality busser/support roles preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, on your feet for full shifts.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail — you notice the dirty glass before the guest does.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays (rooftop hours peak when everyone else is off).
• Team‑first attitude — this role only works if you’re anticipating needs, not waiting to be told.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables near the pool and daybed area quickly, keeping the space clear and clean.
• Restock glassware, linens, and service stations throughout shifts.
• Support servers and bartenders with running food/drinks, refilling water, and clearing plates.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooftop furniture, floors, and common areas — this is an outdoor area, so you’re on your feet and moving.
• Communicate with the front‑of‑house team on guest status and needs.
• Assist with opening and closing side work (stocking, breakdown, deep cleaning).
• Handle spills, breakage, and guest requests calmly and quickly.
