Job summary

Carver Road Hospitality is seeking a Busser to support our bustling New York venue. You will set and clear tables, stock glassware, and maintain sanitation while ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have prior busser or hospitality experience in high-volume settings, and can stand, lift, and bend for extended periods. Flexibility for days, brunch, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have prior busser or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant or lounge.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods; flexibility in shifts.
• Willingness to work days, brunch, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and replenish coffee and bread stations, and prepare beverages to order.
• Clean machines and maintain the cleanliness of the coffee and bread stations during service.
• Stock server stations and keep dining areas organized and tidy during service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide professional, attentive service to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams; follow sanitation standards.
