Job summary

Solette Seattle is seeking a reliable Busser to support our elevated rooftop service team. This role emphasizes maintaining a pristine dining environment and delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality experience, strong attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently. This is a part-time role in a vibrant, city-facing venue with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments preferred.
• Must maintain cleanliness and guest-ready dining areas.
• Ability to move quickly and lift trays; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support servers and bartenders by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables promptly.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and patio spaces clean and organized.
• Refill water, assist with food running, respond to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of glassware, flatware, and service equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
