Solette Seattle is seeking a motivated Food Runner to join our rooftop team in Seattle. Deliver food promptly from kitchen to guests, support servers and bartenders, and ensure presentation meets our standards in a fast-paced, city-facing setting.

You bring hospitality experience, strong sense of urgency, clear communication, and a guest-first mindset. This role requires standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods, with evening and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, high-volume or upscale environments is an asset.
• Strong sense of urgency with attention to detail and presentation.
• Clear communicator with a guest-first, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly and accurately from kitchen to guests, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, efficient service flow.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding orders and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and pass areas.
• Assist with table maintenance, guest needs, and service resets as required.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
