Qualifications

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation.
• Relate with guests about their satisfaction with drinks.
• Be knowledgeable about drink offerings and assist guests accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes standards in Bar and Restaurant outlets.
• Contribute to improving F&B sales revenues.
• Accurately take and place orders.
• Prepare guest checks and collect payments.
• Maintain bar equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times.
• Follow safe food handling procedures.
