Job summary

Quorum Hospitality is seeking a Bartender for LOT 12 Rooftop Bar at the Hyatt Place TCU in Fort Worth. You will craft drinks, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, managing inventory, processing transactions, and complying with alcohol regulations. The role requires at least 1 year of bartending experience and 21+.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 1+ year of Bartending experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, creating a welcoming environment at the bar.
• Craft and serve beverages according to recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization for inviting service.
• Monitor inventory to manage costs and smooth operation.
• Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including ID checks.
• Handle transactions accurately and provide receipts with a smile.
• Collaborate with the team to open and close duties.
• Upsell offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
