Responsibilities

• Set up bar areas for lounge opening.
• Keep bar and lounge neat and orderly at all times.
• Check ashtrays, napkins, glassware, and cleanliness regularly.
• Replenish ice as needed and ensure supplies for shift.
• Assist bartenders and cocktail servers as scheduled.
• Operate glasswashers and store clean glassware properly.
• Sweep and mop behind bar areas after each shift and replace mats.
