The Dalmar Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dynamic Sparrow General Manager to lead Sparrow Rooftop. This hands-on role oversees daily operations, staff development, and guest satisfaction while aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two- or Four-year college degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices.
• Ability to supervise staff, daily operations and resolve problems.
• Ability to interview, hire, schedule, motivate and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily event oversight to Sparrow’s operation, guests and staff.
• Maximize profitability with a 20% target margin; monitor controls and payroll.
• Maintain patron satisfaction; build relationships with guests and community.
• Ensure accurate nightly reports and prompt action on issues.
