SPEC Building Materials is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to own a roofing territory and build strong contractor relationships in commercial and residential markets. You will represent the full SPEC product line, drive profitable growth, and earn based on a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales in building materials, roofing, or construction.
• Established relationships with roofing contractors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with time management.
• Solid negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and develop new accounts through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with roofing contractors, becoming their go-to resource.
• Aggressively promote and sell the complete SPEC product line for each contractor's needs.
• Meet and exceed territory sales goals with a commission-based structure.
• Serve as a trusted product expert for SPEC building materials, equipment, and services.
• Maintain vendor relationships to stay current on product developments and promotions.
• Represent SPEC professionally in person, on the phone, and on the job site.
