Job summary

3MG Solutions, LLC is seeking a Jr. Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, meet homeowners, and guide customers through the roofing process from first contact to signed agreement.

You will represent 3MG in the field with a professional approach while building product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship. The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and a base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable on roofs and outdoors.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule and run appointments with homeowners and deliver a professional sales presentation.
• Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable on roofs).
• Communicate clearly to educate customers on the roofing process and solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client base.
• Develop strong knowledge of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.
