Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage the Utah territory. You will build consultative relationships with distributors, builders, and contractors to drive sales of concrete and clay roofing products and related components.

The role requires developing territory plans, collaborating with architects, and driving market share growth through strategic selling. Expect travel to customers and trade shows, with strong emphasis on relationship-building

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Direct sales experience preferred; building product sales experience preferred.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Strong relationship building skills.
Consultative mind-set; solution-oriented selling approach.
Bilingual a plus (Spanish).

Responsibilities

Establish strong relationships with existing customers.
Sell Westlake Royal Building Products’ concrete and clay roofing products and services to targets in defined segments.
Develop territory plans and sales strategies to expand market share.
Engage with architects and designers to influence specifications.
Collaborate with accounting to keep accounts receivable current.
Submit sales reports and forecasts on time.
Provide technical information and arrange demonstrations and training sessions.
Travel as required to support customers and trade shows.
