Mueller Roofing Distributors in Louisville seeks a Commercial Roofing Territory Manager to drive sales by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within a defined territory. You will work toward aggressive monthly targets for sales, margin dollars, and margin percentages while promoting the full product line.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, proven negotiation and closing abilities, and the ability to travel to

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or three years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent presentation and closing skills; strong negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and profit objectives; promotes and sells entire product line; maintains relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Develops new customers and sales per goals or quotas.
• Travels throughout designated sales territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
• Reads blueprints, prepares take-offs, estimates, and formal quotes; follows up with customers.
• Communicates and supports inside sales staff to provide exceptional customer service.
