Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the world leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support sales representatives in our Corona office. Travel to customers, inspect roofs, measure areas and estimate material and labor for proposals, while collaborating with the sales team.

We provide on-the-job training, benefits and room to grow; annual compensation ranges from $65k to $75k with premier benefits.

Qualifications

• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and bid estimating software.
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience helpful.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required.
• Able to climb ladders to 25 feet; safety-conscious behavior.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas on roofs.
• Measure roof areas and estimate material and labor needs.
• Assist sales by providing accurate information for proposals.
• Support marketing efforts for new accounts.

This position offers annual compensation of $65k - $75k, plus premier benefits.

Job Summary

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Assist in marketing for new accounts

Candidate Requirements

• Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills
• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or constructions sales experience
• A Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree in Construction Management or similar; preferred
