CentiMark Corporation, the world leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support sales in our Phoenix, AZ office. The role involves roof inspections, measurements, and collaboration with the sales team to prepare proposals.

Qualifications

• Organizational, analytical, problem solving and people skills.
• Computer skills including MS Word and Excel; bid estimating software experience preferred.
• General construction, roofing and/or construction sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred; training provided.
• College degree in Construction Management or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measure roofs and estimate material and labor needs for re-roof.
• Work with sales to provide accurate information for proposals.
• Assist in marketing for new accounts.

This position pays $55k-$65k (DOE) plus premier benefits.

Job Summary

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers
• Assist in marketing for new accounts

Candidate Requirements

• Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills
• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree in Construction Management or similar; preferred
