Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to travel to customer sites in the greater Cumming, Gainesville, and Marietta areas. You will inspect roofs, measure dimensions, and help the sales team prepare accurate proposals for customers.

The role reports to the Duluth office once a week. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus premier benefits and an annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction or roofing is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• College degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and estimating software is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate material and labor needs for re-roofing.
• Work with sales to provide accurate information for proposals.

CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales Representatives in the greaterCumming,Gainesville, and Marietta areas. This person will also be reporting to our Duluth office once per week.

This position pays $50k - $55k plus premier benefits and annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary:

• Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas
• Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof
• Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers

Candidate Requirements:

• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience
• A valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual
• College Degree inConstruction Management or similarpreferred
