Johns Manville is seeking a Technical Roofing Specialist to ensure our customers receive exceptional support across all technical and guarantee-related matters. You will evaluate complex roofing systems, advise on best-fit solutions, and ensure compliance with JM specifications and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical roofing or construction role.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical and guarantee inquiries; evaluate roofing conditions and provide solutions.
- Assess roofing situations and recommend best practices, review construction documents.
- Evaluate guarantee applications and determine eligibility based on JM standards.
- Perform wind uplift design calculations (ASCE 7) to support system validation.
