Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to manage roofing systems, inspections, and coordination with subcontractors for both commercial and residential properties. The role requires reading plans and shop drawings, and welding experience is a plus.

You will supervise external contractors, respond to work orders, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service. This position is typically on-site with on-going maintenance duties across facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Able to read plans and shop drawings.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Established subcontractor technician with experience in commercial and residential roofing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise external contractors for repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
