Qualifications

• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish subcontractor technician guidance and coordinate for commercial and residential roofing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
