Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment.
• Contractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements.
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings.
• Crews experienced working with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding.
• Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards.
• Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate subcontractor technicians for roofing projects (commercial and residential).
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment and supervise external contractors.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
