Synergy Preserve LLC in Texas seeks an experienced facilities maintenance professional to lead roofing and building upkeep projects. You will supervise subcontractors, inspect facilities, and respond to work orders with priority and safety in mind.

The role requires reading plans and shop drawings, coordinating crews with ladders and safety gear, and maintaining OSHA standards while delivering prompt, courteous service to clients.

Formación

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Crews equipped with their own tools, ladders, and safety equipment.
• Subcontractors should carry insurance in accordance with Baker requirements.
• Ability to read plans and shop drawings.
• Crews experienced with man lifts, Skytrack, and scaffolding.
• Commitment to safe work practices and OSHA standards.
• Ability to submit weekly invoices for work completed the prior week.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and supervise subcontractor technicians for roofing projects.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance related issues promptly.
