Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries within hours, aiming for 24 hours.
• Connect customers with Brava partners for quotes; provide quotes for small orders when needed.
• Follow up after samples and arrange additional samples.
• Document all sales activities and lead status in Salesforce.
• Stay informed about Brava products and industry trends.
• Prioritize activities to meet quarterly sales goals in territory.
• Guide customers through the buying process with education and resources.
• Support Outside Sales with a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
• Share customer insights with Sales and Marketing.
• Identify upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Escalate customer concerns to Sales Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
