Job summary

Preferred Roofing is seeking a Roofing + Solar Sales Specialist in Irvine, CA. This field-based role involves meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and presenting solar/roofing solutions. You’ll receive company-verified leads and support from a full team to help you close deals and grow.

Earn $150K–$250K+ with uncapped commission, with high earning potential and ongoing sales training. Drone license required during onboarding; company-provided drone for inspections.

Preferred Roofing is looking for a Roofing + Solar Sales Specialist to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is driven, personable, competitive, and ready to take control of their success.

As a Roofing + Solar Sales Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to earn $150K–$250K+ with uncapped commission, while building a career with room to grow within the company.

This is a field-based sales position where you'll meet with homeowners and property professionals, inspect roofs, present solutions, build relationships, and close deals. If you're the type of person who creates opportunities instead of waiting for them, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with potential clients and conduct roof inspections
• Use a company-provided drone to capture detailed roof images
• Generate roofing and solar bids and proposals
