Job summary

EDCO Products in Hopkins, Minnesota is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to provide sales support, lead qualification, takeoff and estimating assistance, and quote preparation for distributors, contractors, and internal teams.

You will manage responses to product, installation, and warranty inquiries, log activity in NetSuite/CRM, and help drive sales growth by coordinating product education and customer follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in inside sales or sales support roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly related to exterior building materials.
• Experience using NetSuite/CRM, Excel, and estimating tools encouraged.
• Multitasking and organized approach to manage inquiries and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive sales support by contacting distributors, contractors, and potential customers to generate interest.
• Set up meetings, product education sessions, and training to drive sales in assigned territories.
• Qualify leads from multiple sources and coordinate sample orders and quotes.
• Assist in takeoffs, material lists, estimates, and quotes using Blueprint, HOVER, EagleView, Roofer, and other tools.
• Log all customer activity in NetSuite/CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Support cross-functional teams and respond to product, installation, warranty, and quote inquiries.
• Track sales metrics, lead progress, and quote activity for continuous improvement.
• Provide backup support for other regions to ensure timely customer coverage.
