Job summary

Crown Roofing & Waterproofing in Florida is seeking a dependable Roofing Service Technician to perform roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential systems. You will identify leaks, document findings with photos, and communicate repair recommendations to customers.

The ideal candidate can work independently, lift up to 75 pounds, follow OSHA guidelines, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Roofing experience preferred; service and repair experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to identify and repair common roofing issues on commercial and residential systems.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work on a variety of roofing systems.
• Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with emergency service calls when needed.
