Advanced Roofing, Inc. in Miami seeks a Roofing Service Technician to locate leaks and perform professional roof repairs on commercial properties. You will work onsite, ensure safety, and treat customers and teammates with courtesy.

Candidates need 3–5 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and to pass pre-employment drug and agility tests. Knowledge of various roof systems and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years commercial roofing service technician experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Treat customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Must have knowledge of all roof systems (B.U.R, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roof etc.).
• Assist in operation and maintenance of company equipment; maintain trucks; use repair techniques; complete daily assignments with proper paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
