The Roofing Service Technician will locate leaks and perform professional roof repairs in a safe, timely manner, handling a variety of roof systems and maintaining equipment and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 3-5 years commercial roofing service technician experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Able to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Roofing Service Technician locates leaks and performs professional roof repairs safely and promptly.
• Treat customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of all roof systems such as BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roofs etc.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of company equipment (vehicles, power tools, hand tools).
• Maintain trucks stocked and clean inside and out.
• Use industry-standard repair techniques.
• Complete daily assignments with proper paperwork.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
