Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc. is accepting applications for a Roofing Service Technician in Jacksonville, FL.

This full-time, on-site role requires 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions while climbing ladders up to 60 ft. The position involves locating leaks, performing roof repairs, and performing preventive maintenance across multiple roof systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with commercial roofing preferred.
• Must have knowledge of basic roofing tools.

Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional roof repairs safely and promptly.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of all roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal).
• Operate and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
• Keep trucks stocked and clean; follow repair techniques.
• Complete daily paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
