North American Roofing Services LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Lead Roofing Service Repair Technician to lead repair efforts with an Assistant Field Technician and regional sales support. The role focuses on low-slope commercial roofs, servicing and supervising storm-related repairs, and maintaining service software proficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain OSHA, Man-lift, and Forklift certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience as an installer or service technician.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain OSHA, Man-lift, and Forklift certifications.
• Must be able to climb a ladder; lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).

Responsibilities

• Find and repair all types of low-slope commercial roofs.
• Perform service repairs and small contract jobs as needed.
• Perform inspections with minor preventative maintenance repairs.
• Assist in storm-related events to participate in repairs or supervision.
• Learn and operate service software (FCS).
• Provide accurate information into service software (FCS).
• Develop advanced knowledge of roof systems and components.
• Perform quality repairs with no callbacks due to workmanship.
• Identify data for proposed scopes of work and understand warranty repair types.
