Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Roofing Service Foreman to oversee roofing service work in the greater Richmond area. Applicants should have strong field leadership and hands-on experience diagnosing leaks, making repairs, and maintaining safety standards.

The role offers competitive wages ($25/hr–$30/hr) based on experience, plus premier benefits and opportunities for growth within North America's largest commercial roofing contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. and Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25ft.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
