Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, seeks a Roofing Service Foreman for the New Construction Division in the greater Ashburn area. Will diagnose leaks, lead roof maintenance and coordinate repairs with general contractors while handling paperwork and timesheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit and Metal Roof Repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform repairs; lead in roof maintenance and small repairs.
• Interpret blueprints and specs, complete required paperwork and timesheets.
• Ensure CentiMark Safety Policies are followed.

Job Summary

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Ability to read blueprints & specs
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
