Job summary

CE Reeve, a Tecta America Company, is seeking a Service Technician Foreman to lead service crews and oversee roofing service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Lead and supervise daily service calls, diagnose roofing issues, coordinate materials and priorities, and maintain safety and quality standards while mentoring the team and keeping accurate service records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls.
• Diagnose complex roofing issues and perform repairs.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff.
• Train and mentor service team members.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
