CE Reeve – A Tecta America Company is seeking an experienced Roofer Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects. This role supervises job site operations, ensures safety compliance, and delivers high-quality work on schedule.

The candidate will plan and coordinate daily activities, install roofing systems, read blueprints, mentor team members, and communicate with project managers and contractors to track progress. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods.
